Spending more time at home with family, especially on Christmas eve, has been beyond wonderful! I'm very thankful that we were complete for the night's festivities.

While the little one (my godson) was sleeping, we feasted on an overload of carbs and pure deliciousness, which becomes forgivable on occasions like this. We managed to squeeze in some throwback stories before we headed on to the gift giving segment of this evening. At this point, of course, little C was already awake because jolly ol' Saint Nick may or may not have passed by our home ;) Of course he did!
This was, of course, followed by more stories and bonding up until we surrendered to our beds one by one. Haha!
