Another long weekend is about to come to an end. I was extremely busy last Saturday and was glad to have some time off yesterday (Sunday) and today. On Sunday, I met up with Angel and Raiza in SM Bicutan to show support for a good friend. It was literally a full-on support, with matching high-pitched screams and cheers despite being the only three people who were causing that much noise. After that, because we were pointed to an ice cream stand when we asked if there was a coffee place around SM Bicutan (ice-cream = coffee?), we headed to Alabang Town Center to go get our coffee fix from Starbucks (with added power interruptions).

When it was only me and Angel left, and we were trying to figure out what to eat, we somehow ended up seated at the second floor of Barcino with a bottle of red wine and orders of some chicken dishes (haha, I am not going to make a good food blogger).

Well, wine night was actually something we've talked about before but I didn't think it would take just a random statement of "let's go get wine" to actually end up having one. You know, sometimes those "trips" that weren't even planned are the ones that have a better chance of pushing through than those planned. Have you ever experienced that?

And so, with that, we capped off our Sunday evening with a filling meal and a great conversation with amazing company. It was the perfect way to just chill that moment.

How did you spend your Sunday evening?
Hope you all got some good rest this weekend :)

  1. Sosyal. Haha! When friends from the states came home, they always love to have wine with their food. Kind of reminded me of Cougar Town. They keep drinking wine. Not so much of a fan of red wines but white wines are okay.
