Work Wear: Vintage Cut

I recently realized how much I love wearing dresses. It's a no-brainer outfit. You usually just have to decide on whether you're dressing it up (accessories) or dressing it down (minimal to no accessories). And in that sense, I see their versatility as well.

This thrifted dress, in particular, screams vintage to me. The cut and the print--very 60s! But I absolutely love that despite that, the color is still very fall so it doesn't make it impossible to wear this dress today.

To accentuate the vintage vibe of this dress, I went with this brown boxy bag with a gold pinwheel closure. I think it's so appropriate to be used together with this dress! I would have loved to even use brown leather pumps just for the full effect if I owned a pair, but sadly I didn't. So I settled with the closest pair to nude that I owned. Sometimes, you really just have to improvise and own it! If you feel comfortable in what you're wearing, confidence will resonate through!
