Rain Or Shine, We Celebrate! (Photo Overload)

It was my dad's birthday last 10th of June and we celebrated it over the weekend at Graceland Estates & Country Club in Tayabas, Quezon--where my dad is from. A good number of family and close friends attended the celebration and joined us in welcoming a new chapter in my dad's life.

 

We all know that turning 60 is a big deal, so my brothers and I planned out for this big shindig because my dad deserves it. While they worked on the finances (since I don't work yet), I worked on the technical concerns of the event. I made AVPs, tarpaulin designs and invitations. I also handled hosting along with one of my brothers.

 

 

 

 

 

I was very busy the past week because of this, hence the lack of posts. But it all really paid off when the weekend kicked in! Seeing how happy my dad was just makes all the hard work worth it.

 

 

 

 

Since it is a long drive from Manila, we stayed there for the weekend. I was roommates with these two lovely ladies and as such, we knew that a photoshoot should be in order! We enjoyed the curtain backdrop too much, hihi. Wore sandals because it rained and the soil was soft, so I didn't want to risk having a heel mishap! ;)
